Street Smart is a new safety initiative from the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) designed to teach students about road safety. The program helps students become safer passengers and pedestrians now — and safer drivers later. Its goal is to empower young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to make smart, safe choices whenever they’re on the road.
